Compliance with these laws will prevent property damage, personal injuries or even a lawsuit. Failure to notify the appropriate One Call System could result in civil penalties and fines.Thousands of underground facilities - electric , telephone and cable TV cables and gas, water and sewer lines - are damaged every year by digging accidents.
