02.05   INSPECTIONS - GENERAL

INSPECTION OF CUSTOMER FACILITIES

The Company may refuse to connect to any customer's installation, or make additions or alterations to the service connection, when it is not in compliance with National Electrical Code requirements and Company specifications, and where a Cut-in-Card approving the customer's electric installation has not been issued by an authorized electrical inspection agency.

The Company will not be responsible or liable in any way for defects in the customer's wiring, or for any damages or injuries that may result from such defects.
