02.20 INSPECTIONS - FIRE RE-CONNECTS
RESTORATION OF SERVICE - FIRE OR FLOOD
If the meter and service entrance equipment has been subjected to fire or flood conditions, an inspection from a GPU Energy accepted electrical inspection agency or municipal inspection agency and a release, when applicable, from a Fire Marshall or equivalent is required before service will be re-connected. In the interest of the customer's safety, GPU Energy encourages that the Customer have all affected wiring and electrical equipment thoroughly checked and inspected by qualified personnel before restoration of service is requested.
