The Customer shall apply to GPU Energy for temporary service for construction. After the service application is accepted, GPU Energy will identify the temporary facility location. The Customer shall install the facilities according to the specifications listed in the applicable section below and shown on the appropriate drawing contained in the figure in Requirements 12.82 through 12.88 . Upon receipt of approval from a GPU Energy accepted electrical inspection agency or municipal inspector, GPU Energy shall make the service connection.
The Customer will be required to pay the predetermined costs for the installation and removal of all facilities necessary to furnish service. Where applicable, these costs will be determined in accordance with the Company's Tariff Interpretations.
